Return & Refund Policy: Satisfaction Guaranteed
We want you to be delighted with our products. So, our return and refund policy is simple. Here is all you need to know.
Delivered Items: Our floral gifts are individually designed and locally delivered. So, while some flowers or other items may vary in some cases due to availability, your satisfaction is guaranteed. Whether you ordered flowers for yourself or for someone else, please simply call us within 48 hours if you are not completely satisfied with the product, and we will cheerfully arrange for an appropriate replacement, adjustment, or refund.
Take-With Items: If by chance you are not satisfied with something you purchase in one of our stores and take with you, please bring the item back to any of our locations within 48 hours, with your receipt or other proof of purchase, and we will glady provide an appropriate replacement, adjustment, or refund.
Note that limitations may apply to some in-store purchases of specially priced "Sale" items, product damage cause by improper care or conditions outside our control, and special orders subject to a written proposal or contract.
